Job Description:
Step into a versatile role where your organizational skills and creative eye will directly impact a growing e-commerce business. You’ll be the right hand to a dedicated business owner, managing everything from Shopify operations to seasonal marketing campaigns that drive real revenue. This isn’t just administrative work—you’ll help shape the digital presence of a business that’s scaling from traditional retail to modern e-commerce success. Your contributions will be visible and valued as you help maintain the delicate balance between operational efficiency and creative excellence.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and optimize Shopify e-commerce platform including product listings, pricing, and website maintenance
  • Create and execute seasonal marketing campaigns for peak periods (Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, Christmas)
  • Set up promotional codes, discount campaigns, and limited-time sales offers to drive conversions
  • Handle customer service inquiries and email communications with professionalism and care
  • Support social media management across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and specialized platforms
  • Collaborate on marketing strategies and promotional ideas to achieve 50+ daily order targets
  • Assist with general administrative tasks, scheduling, and business coordination
  • Implement quick website updates and changes based on business owner’s creative direction
  • Monitor and respond to online orders and customer inquiries promptly
  • Support inventory management and product presentation optimization

Requirements:

  • Proficiency with Shopify platform and e-commerce management essentials
  • Strong aesthetic sense and understanding of visual appeal for marketing materials
  • Experience with social media platforms and basic digital marketing concepts
  • Excellent written communication skills for customer service interactions
  • Reliable internet connection and comfortable working remotely
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative on projects
  • Bonus if you have experience with seasonal retail or promotional campaigns
