Email Marketing Specialist

Schedule: 9am-5pm UK time

What You’ll Be Doing
As a Senior Email Marketing Specialist, you will provide:

Strategy & Client Leadership
● Lead email strategy for a portfolio of lifestyle, fashion, and travel brands, ensuring all
campaigns align with commercial targets.
● Create and present channel strategies directly to clients, supported by data, insights,
and customer journey analysis.
● Act as the key strategic contact for email across your client portfolio.

Auditing & Account Development
● Conduct detailed audits of client email accounts (primarily Klaviyo).
● Identify performance gaps, compliance issues, and strategic opportunities for growth.
● Recommend clear action plans that elevate performance and improve customer lifecycle
value.

Campaign & Flow Execution
● Build high-performing campaigns and automated flows using best-practice segmentation, personalisation, and behavioural logic.
● Continually test and optimise subject lines, content, send times, layouts, CTAs, and flow
pathways.
● Ensure campaigns are fully aligned with brand tone, creative identity, and conversion
goals.

Creative Collaboration
● Collaborate closely with designers produce compelling, on-brand email creative.
● Provide clear creative direction and feedback grounded in data and performance goals.

Performance Tracking & Reporting
● Track performance using Klaviyo analytics, GA4, and client dashboards.
● Translate data into actionable insights and recommendations that drive measurable
growth.
● Communicate performance updates clearly to clients and internal stakeholders.

Best Practice & Compliance
● Stay up to date with email trends, deliverability best practices, and privacy regulations
(including GDPR).
● Ensure all email activity meets compliance standards and supports long-term channel
health.

Team Collaboration
● Support other team members in collaborating across services where required.
● Share industry knowledge, testing frameworks, and optimisation ideas across the wider
team.

What We’re Looking For
Experience & Skills
● 3+ years of hands-on email marketing experience, ideally within an agency or DTC
eCommerce environment.
● Strong Klaviyo expertise - including flows, advanced segmentation, testing, and
analytics.
● Proven ability to audit accounts and build strategies that deliver measurable growth.
● Comfortable managing multiple clients, deadlines, and priorities simultaneously.
● Confident presenter with the ability to simplify complex data and inspire client
confidence.
● Strong analytical mindset with experience running structured tests and interpreting
performance trends.
● Excellent communication and collaboration skills across creative, strategy, and technical
teams.
● Bonus: experience with SMS marketing or broader CRM integration.
