Schedule:

  • 40 hours per week; Monday to Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM |  Australian Eastern Daylight Time (Sydney)

Join a growing digital marketing and content delivery team that supports multiple clients with high-quality written content, website updates, and digital asset production. This role is part of a streamlined content operations environment focused on accuracy, structure, and reliable execution. You’ll be supporting a senior content lead and helping deliver polished content across websites, social media, and various digital platforms.

Job Overview
This is a hands-on content execution role where you will upload content, write structured website copy, prepare social media posts, format documents, and support day-to-day digital content tasks. You will work from frameworks and templates, ensuring content is formatted correctly, uploaded accurately, and delivered consistently. This is not a strategy or creative direction role—your focus will be on implementing content, following processes, and supporting the content workload efficiently.

Responsibilities

  • Write digital content
  • Upload content to WordPress/Elementor using pre-built templates
  • Update text, headings, images, alt text, spacing, and internal links
  • Ensure pages follow correct formatting checklists and brand guidelines
  • Make simple, non-technical website edits (no coding required)
  • Write structured service pages, industry pages, and website articles using provided frameworks
  • Insert keywords, locations, formatting, and internal links
  • Produce clean, structure-ready drafts for review and apply revisions based on feedback
  • Write and schedule organic social media posts for Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn
  • Repurpose content into social-friendly captions
  • Prepare visuals using Canva or supplied assets
  • Maintain simple posting calendars across multiple accounts
  • Format Google Docs using templates (headings, layout, spacing)
  • Convert raw notes or messy content into polished, client-ready documents
  • Export and prepare proposals, capability statements, and guides in PDF format
  • Maintain consistent naming conventions and organized folders

 

Requirements

  • Strong English writing and editing skills
  • Experience producing high-quality written content
  • WordPress/Elementor experience preferred
  • Confident writing clear, concise social media captions
  • Strong proficiency in Google Docs and Google Sheets
  • High attention to detail with excellent accuracy
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced content environment
  • Long-term mindset with reliability and consistency
  • Stable internet connection and remote work setup

Bonus if you have:

  • Canva experience
  • Experienced SEO writing
  • Experience working with marketing or creative teams
  • Comfortably managing multiple content tasks simultaneously
  • Experienced in Digital Content
