A growing mobile notary services company providing essential document services throughout the United States and globally through remote online notarization. They are transitioning from agency partnerships to building their own in-house marketing capabilities, giving you the opportunity to establish processes and make a significant impact on their digital presence.
You will take ownership of the company’s entire digital marketing strategy, with a primary focus on social media engagement and light email marketing support. This is a unique opportunity to build marketing processes from the ground up while working with a small, dynamic team that values expertise and strategic thinking. You’ll have the autonomy to develop effective strategies and the support needed to implement them successfully.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor and respond promptly to email inquiries and concerns
- Answer and manage incoming phone calls professionally
- Use basic Microsoft Office tools (e.g., Word, Excel, Outlook) effectively
- Perform basic troubleshooting for common computer or technical issues
- Handle order-taking and related administrative tasks accurately
- Develop and execute an organic social media strategy across multiple platforms to maintain market relevance
- Create and manage monthly company newsletters with professional design and compelling content
- Handle follow-up email campaigns after conference attendance and industry events
- Update and maintain the CRM system (Capsule) with marketing data and lead information
- Manage batch email communications and optimize delivery performance
- Provide strategic insights and recommendations for marketing process improvements
- Establish best practices for digital marketing operations and workflow optimization
- Collaborate directly with the leadership team on marketing initiatives and campaign planning
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in social media marketing and email marketing
- Proven track record in strategy development and execution
- Experience with CRM systems (Capsule CRM experience is a plus)
- Skilled in content creation for professional services
- Experience working in B2B marketing environments
- Comfortable working with small teams and building processes from scratch
- Bonus: Experience transitioning companies from agency partnerships to in-house marketing operations
- Minimum equipment requirements:
-Processor at least i5 10th gen.
-Ram at least 16 GB
-Storage at least 256 GB
-Must run Windows 11 for security updates, as Windows 10 is already obsolete.
