Spanish Bilingual Financial Budget Analyst
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday, East Coast Time
- 9:00 am - 6:00 pm EST, with 1 hour unpaid lunch
Responsibilities:
- Budget Forecasting
- Review and manage Subcontractor Budgets and Client Budgets
- Oversee subcontractor agreements, evaluating and tracking budgets
- Identify and fix discrepancies in financial records
- Prepare Data Analysis, including Profits and Margins
- Discuss and present each project to the client
- Check and review shared files (Google Drive) from the client
- Handle registrations, submissions, and online processing related to project opportunities
- Coordinate with third parties such as insurance, banks, and government agencies for operational matters
- Create financial models for development planning, projections, and project feasibility
- Develop presentations for investors
- Process vendor payments
- Research
- Other tasks requested by the Team
Requirements:
- Graduate of accountancy or financial courses.
- Budget forecasting and Budget managing experience
- Knowledge of accounting principles and best practices
- Experience in the construction field is a bonus
- Expert in MS Excel and accounting software like QuickBooks
- Familiarity with ProCore software desired
- Strong math and analytical abilities
- Able to handle confidential financial information
