The business serves 20-30 active clients simultaneously and is experiencing rapid growth that’s driving immediate expansion needs. You’ll work directly with the founder on diverse, creative projects that transform outdoor spaces.

Job Description: You’ll be the creative force behind beautiful landscape designs, taking projects from initial concept through final visualization. This role offers the perfect blend of technical design work and creative expression, where you’ll use cutting-edge software to bring outdoor visions to life. You’ll handle multiple projects simultaneously, working closely with clients and the founder to deliver exceptional landscape architecture that makes a real impact on people’s outdoor living spaces.

Responsibilities:

• Create detailed 2D technical plans and drawings using Vectorworks CAD software
• Develop stunning 3D renderings and visualizations for client presentations
• Manage concept design through final design stages for gardens, landscapes, and pools
• Handle client communication regarding design feedback and project revisions
• Coordinate multiple active projects at various completion stages
• Collaborate directly with the company founder on creative direction and project strategy
• Ensure design quality and consistency across all client deliverables
• Support the design workflow for 20-30 concurrent client projects

Requirements:

• Proficiency in Vectorworks CAD software (non-negotiable)
• Strong background in landscape architecture or landscape design
• Ability to create both technical 2D drawings and compelling 3D visualizations
• Excellent written communication skills for client interaction
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Bonus if you have experience with Enscape or D5 render software
• It helps if you’re familiar with Australian landscape design preferences and regulations
