You’ll be the financial foundation for a growing company that’s scaling across real estate and retail operations. Responsibilities:

• Handle comprehensive bookkeeping across multiple business entities (real estate and retail operations)
• Prepare financial documents and organize tax preparation materials
• Create detailed profit margin reports and analysis for retail product business
• Manage client communications and respond to routine business inquiries
• Organize and maintain financial records across all business verticals
• Follow up on client payments and handle accounts receivable tasks
• Provide administrative support including email management and document organization
• Support business growth initiatives with financial reporting and analysis

 

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 4-5 years of accounting experience with multi-entity business structures
• Experience with tax preparation and financial document organization
• Strong communication skills for client interactions and email management
• Proficiency with accounting software and financial reporting tools
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Bonus if you have experience with real estate or retail business accounting
