Outbound Sales Agent

Schedule:

  • Mondays to Fridays, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm
  • Client time zone: Eastern time (Orlando, FL)

 

Responsibilities

  • Proactively reach out to potential clients through calls, emails, and other communication channels.

  • Achieve daily KPIs related to call volume, lead engagement, and other measurable targets.

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring continuous engagement and identifying upsell or new business opportunities.

  • Present the company’s products or services clearly and persuasively, addressing client needs and concerns.

  • Participate in video sales calls when needed, including demos or Q&A sessions.

  • Collaborate with the wider sales team to ensure smooth handoff of leads and share insights on trends and customer feedback.

  • Keep all client interactions, progress notes, and updates accurately documented in HubSpot or other CRM systems.

 

Requirements

  • Fluent spoken English with strong written communication skills.

  • Proven negotiation and persuasion abilities with decision-makers.

  • Strong probing skills to uncover client needs and match them with relevant solutions.

  • Demonstrated ability to close deals and meet or exceed targets.

  • Previous experience in outbound sales, telemarketing, or similar roles is preferred.

  • Very good to have - geographic understanding of US locations. 
  • Mandatory familiarity with HubSpot CRM, plus tools such as Square and Google Suite.

  • Experience in tech, enterprise, or B2B sales environments.

  • Strong understanding of industry trends and market dynamics.

  • Track record of success in commission-driven sales.

  • Ability to handle objections and provide real-time solutions.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build quick rapport and long-term relationships.
