Digital Marketing Coordinator
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM NZDT, including a 30-minute paid break

In this role, you’ll be the technical backbone of a fast-paced digital marketing operation, ensuring every campaign runs smoothly while the growth marketing team focuses on strategy. Your expertise will be central to customer engagement—directly influencing how thousands of customers discover, interact with, and stay loyal to the brand. You’ll own the technical execution of campaigns while collaborating across teams to drive measurable results.
Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize all email and SMS marketing campaigns from setup through delivery
- Maintain contact lists and ensure data integrity across marketing platforms
- Schedule and enhance marketing automations to improve the customer journey
- Create engaging, high-converting email templates
- Update website content to support marketing initiatives
- Generate customer data reports and analyze campaign performance metrics
- Provide operational backup support during peak periods and major launches
- Collaborate with the growth marketing team to implement technical solutions
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of all campaigns
- Proactively recommend and implement improvements to campaigns and technical workflows
Requirements
- Specialist-level experience in digital marketing with multiple years of hands-on campaign management
- Strong technical skills with email marketing platforms and marketing automation tools
- Experience managing SMS campaigns and coordinating multi-channel marketing
- Competency in website content management and basic web editing
- Strong data analysis capabilities, with the ability to generate actionable insights
- Ability to work independently with strong initiative and problem-solving skills
- Excellent collaboration skills in cross-functional team environments
- Bonus: Experience in subscription-based or food service industries
- Helpful: Familiarity with customer lifecycle marketing and retention strategies
