Job Description
You’ll own the visual storytelling for a dynamic brand’s social media presence, creating scroll-stopping graphics that blend traditional design skills with cutting-edge AI technology. This role puts you at the forefront of modern content creation, where you’ll craft custom slides, carousels, and visual assets that drive real engagement. You’ll work independently with creative freedom while being part of a supportive team that values both skill and positive energy.

Responsibilities

• Design engaging slides and carousels for Instagram and TikTok using Canva
• Generate custom images using AI tools like ChatGPT and Grok to match existing brand styles
• Create multiple variations of visual assets maintaining consistent style and quality
• Upload and schedule content across social media platforms
• Write compelling social media copy with approval workflow
• Track analytics and engagement metrics to optimize content performance
• Manage community engagement and respond to messages using provided guidelines
• Repurpose content across different platforms and formats
• Collaborate directly with business owner on content strategy and creative direction

Requirements

• Strong graphic design portfolio showcasing social media content
• Proficiency in Canva for design creation and editing
• Experience with AI image generation tools (ChatGPT, Grok, or similar platforms)
• Solid understanding of Instagram and TikTok content formats and best practices
• Ability to work independently without extensive guidance or hand-holding
• Creative problem-solving skills with proactive approach to challenges
• Excellent communication skills and positive, collaborative personality
• Bonus if you have experience with Adobe Creative Suite or Figma
• It helps if you have analytics experience and community management background
• Strong graphic artist & illustration skills
