Digital Marketing Strategy Manager

Key Responsibilities

Strategy, Performance & Reporting

  • Lead the digital marketing strategy to drive bookings, event enquiries and revenue growth.

  • Deliver clear, actionable performance reporting and use insights to deliver continuous improvement.

  • Support all seasonal campaigns and key marketing projects by delivering the digital components needed to drive sales.

Paid Media & Acquisition

  • Manage and optimise Google Ads and Meta campaigns to grow new and returning audiences.

  • Maximise ROAS through ongoing testing, targeting and creative optimisation.

Website, SEO & Conversion

  • Own website performance, content accuracy and conversion optimisation.

  • Improve the online customer journey and booking experience across all venues.

  • Lead SEO and local search optimisation to increase organic visibility and traffic.

CRM & Email Marketing

  • Manage CRM, automated flows and EDMs to increase repeat visitation and guest engagement.

  • Segment and nurture audiences to drive sales, loyalty and customer lifetime value.

 

Requirements

  • 3+ years in digital marketing with proven performance results.

  • Hospitality, lifestyle or multi-venue experience preferred.

  • Demonstrated success managing paid media, SEO, CRM and analytics.

  • Strong analytical and optimisation capability.
