Virtual Administrative Assistant
We are actively seeking a highly motivated, exceptionally organized, and detail-oriented professional to step into the role of Virtual Administrative and Client Support Specialist. This is a unique opportunity to join our growing organization as a dedicated Independent Contractor, providing essential administrative and customer-facing support.
Job Highlights
Hourly Rate: The equivalent of $ 5.00 USD per hour in the applicant’s local currency
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 2pm to 6pm Mountain Time (4am to 8am Manila)
Work Arrangement: Work from home
Contract: Independent Contractor
Side Note: Since this is a permanent work-from-home position and the arrangement is that of an “Independent Contractor,” the selected candidates must have their own computer and internet connection. They will handle their own benefits and taxes. The professional fees are on hourly rates and the rate depends on your performance in the application process
Responsibilities
- Reply to customer inquiries and follow-up requests
- Scheduling appointments
- Create quotes and invoices using the Square POS system
- producing work orders
- Assist with launching a quarterly newsletter
- Input customer data into CRM
- Conduct market research
- Other administrative tasks as needed
Requirements
- Experience with administrative tasks
- Proficiency with Square or similar POS software is a plus
- Excellent written English skills
- Strong communication abilities
