Schedule:
- Mondays to Fridays, 4 hours a day, flexible within Eastern business hours
Scope:
- Access to the calendar system for appointment scheduling
- Performance-based bonus opportunities available

Responsibilities:
- Clean up and organize leads in the CRM system
- Categorize leads as cold, warm, or hot based on engagement and potential
- Reach out to past prospects via phone and other communication channels
- Qualify leads through structured conversations and questioning
- Schedule appointments with qualified prospects directly on your calendar
- Maintain accurate records of all outreach activities and lead status updates
- Avoid duplicate outreach to leads that have already been contacted
- Coordinate with you to ensure smooth handoff of qualified prospects
Requirements:
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Experience with CRM systems, preferably Lofty or similar platforms
- Strong phone communication and customer service abilities
- Ability to qualify leads and identify sales opportunities
- Comfortable working in US time zones
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Experience in real estate or sales outreach preferred
