Responsibilities
- Generate high-quality leads through strategic outreach across multiple channels and platforms
- Set and coordinate appointments with qualified prospects using advanced booking systems
- Conduct initial qualification calls with prospects to assess fit and readiness
- Manage the complete lead-to-appointment pipeline with meticulous attention to detail
- Handle inbound leads with professionalism and guide them through the initial sales process
- Maintain comprehensive records in CRM systems to ensure seamless handoffs
- Execute strategic follow-up sequences to maximize appointment conversion rates
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of proven experience in telesales, lead generation, or appointment setting
- Excellent English communication skills with strong phone presence
- Proficiency with CRM systems and lead management platforms
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and professional-grade headset
- Self-motivated with ability to work independently in remote environment
