Our client is seeking a skilled Python Backend Developer to help architect and implement the core backend infrastructure for their AI automation platform. You’ll work closely with a local development partner, contributing to scalable systems that power next-generation automation technology. This role offers technical challenges, creative problem-solving, and hands-on experience with modern backend technologies.

 

Responsibilities

• Design and develop robust backend architecture for the AI automation platform
• Implement and optimize database systems and data flow processes
• Collaborate with the local development team via GitHub and Discord
• Build and maintain scalable backend systems for the MVP project
• Participate in code reviews and uphold high-quality development standards
• Work in an agile, milestone-driven environment
  

 

Requirements

• Strong proficiency in Python with backend development experience
• Solid experience with PostgreSQL database design and management
• Hands-on experience with Redis for caching and optimization
• Proficient with GitHub for version control and collaboration
• Proven track record in backend development and database architecture
• Excellent English communication skills for remote collaboration
• Ability to work independently while coordinating effectively with the team
• Familiarity with standard backend development best practices
• Comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment with evolving requirements
