Graphic Designer & Digital Content Specialist

Schedule:

  • Mondays to Fridays, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, with 1-hour unpaid break
  • Client time zone: Australian Eastern

 

Position Overview:

This hybrid role prioritizes Graphic Design but also offers involvement in Social MediaVideo Collateral, and Brand Auditing. You'll be the go-to creative resource supporting our agents and internal marketing initiatives, ensuring consistency and excellence across all visual outputs.

 

Key Responsibilities:

1. Graphic Design (Main Priority – ~70%)

  • Design and deliver custom agent marketing collateral: flyers, trifolds, DL drops, campaign materials, and social media graphics.
  • Develop and maintain branded assets including folders, business cards, signage, and stationery.
  • Create and modify Adobe templates to support scalable design workflows.
  • Produce real estate-specific visual materials such as signboards, bus shelter ads, and billboards.
  • Coordinate stationery and marketing collateral orders, ensuring alignment with brand standards.

2. Social Media Content Support (~15%)

  • Design on-brand templates for Lifestyle and Holiday Properties social channels.
  • Support occasional content sourcing and idea generation.
  • Assist with translating content ideas into engaging social posts and stories.
  • Support Meta Ads setup or monitoring (preferred but not required).
  • Light video content editing for Reels and platform-native short videos.

3. Video Collateral & Administration (~10%)

  • Perform light video editing and asset creation for internal and external use.
  • Design thumbnails and platform-specific visuals for YouTube, Instagram, etc.
  • Organize and manage basic video content assets across channels.

4. Brand Auditing (~5%)

  • Regularly review agent and office marketing materials for brand compliance.
  • Provide recommendations and updates to ensure all materials meet brand guidelines.
  • Maintain consistency in tone, colors, fonts, and brand voice across all platforms.

 

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably in real estate, agency, or brand-focused roles.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator required; Premiere Pro/After Effects a bonus).
  • Experience designing across both digital and print formats.
  • Strong understanding of visual hierarchy, typography, and layout.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and content trends (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok).
  • Basic knowledge of video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, Canva video).
  • Experience with Meta Ads Manager is a plus.
