Job Title: Trainer and Assessor (Civil Engineer)
Location: Remote

Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Victoria time, including a 1-hour unpaid lunch break.

About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and qualified Trainer and Assessor/Civil Engineer to join our team and provide high-quality educational and technical support in the Certificate and Diploma of Building & Construction programs. This role plays a critical part in supporting trainees, ensuring compliance with unit competencies, and continuously improving training and assessment delivery in line with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical and educational support to trainees across various units in the Certificate and Diploma of Building & Construction programs for the Australian College.

• Continuous check on delivery and assessment of the Certificate and Diploma

• Review, validation, moderation, and continuous improvement of the assessments to comply with the unit competencies.

• Occasional consulting with key clients on their existing and future workforce training needs.

• Taking classes to assess the quality of training.

• Taking a support session with students to help them complete their assessment.

Qualifications: Civil Engineer degree or diploma
