About the Role:

We are looking for a Senior React Developer with a strong passion for building exceptional web applications. This is a 100% hands-on role — ideal for someone who thrives on writing high-quality code, solving real-world challenges, and delivering outstanding user experiences.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in senior-level front-end development, with deep expertise in React and modern JavaScript.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain scalable, high-performance React applications.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient front-end code.
• Collaborate closely with designers, product managers, and backend developers.
• Optimize applications for speed, responsiveness, and cross-browser compatibility.
• Conduct code reviews and follow best practices for code quality and maintainability.
• Troubleshoot and resolve front-end issues in a timely manner.
• Stay current with evolving front-end technologies and standards.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience as a Senior Front-End Developer, specializing in React.js.
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+), React, HTML5, and CSS3.
• Experience with Redux (or similar state management libraries), React Router, Webpack, etc.
• Proficiency in integrating with RESTful APIs.
• Familiarity with testing frameworks like Jest and React Testing Library.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.
• High-level English – both written and spoken – is mandatory.

Nice to Have:

• Familiarity with front-end performance optimization and accessibility best practices.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and build tools.
