Job Description

Step into a pivotal administrative role where you’ll be the organizational backbone of exciting construction projects from start to finish. Responsibilities

  • Learn Wonderbuild project management software to coordinate and track construction projects efficiently
  • Schedule jobs and manage project timelines to ensure smooth workflow and client satisfaction
  • Process invoices for job tasks and maintain accurate financial tracking for all projects
  • Create and maintain detailed spreadsheets for cost tracking and project progress monitoring
  • Add and update project tasks based on evolving project requirements and specifications
  • Manage professional business communications and client correspondence
  • Organize and maintain comprehensive client contact databases and project information
  • Handle diverse office administration tasks that keep the business running smoothly
  • Assist with creating detailed finish schedules featuring floor, roof, and ceiling specifications with visual documentation for client presentations

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of proven administrative assistant experience with strong organizational skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to task completion excellence
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office applications
  • Enthusiasm for learning new project management software (comprehensive Wonderbuild training provided)
  • Outstanding communication skills and ability to work independently
  • Strong multitasking abilities and experience managing competing priorities
  • Construction industry experience highly preferred but not essential for the right candidate
  • Self-directed learning approach with comfort using online training resources
