Job Description

Step into a crucial role where you’ll be the first point of contact for busy IT decision-makers who are seeking better alternatives to their current suppliers. You’ll be working with warm, compelling incentives including $10,000 credit voucher programs that create genuine interest from prospects. This position offers the unique opportunity to work in a commission-friendly environment where your appointment-setting success directly impacts both your earnings and the growth of a well-established company. You’ll be targeting IT Directors and VPs at growing companies, helping them discover a more responsive and agile IT partner than the large, impersonal competitors they’re used to dealing with.

 

Responsibilities

  • Conduct strategic cold calling to IT Directors, VPs of IT, and procurement personnel at companies with 2,000 employees or fewer
  • Schedule high-value 20-minute discovery meetings that showcase compelling credit voucher programs worth up to $10,000
  • Craft professional voicemails and follow-up emails that legitimize outreach efforts and build credibility
  • Utilize provided scripts and proven talking points to overcome initial objections and position the company as a superior alternative to industry giants like CDW
  • Manage appointment confirmations and reminders to maximize meeting attendance rates
  • Leverage ZoomInfo database and other provided lead sources to identify qualified prospects
  • Focus on getting the company added to approved vendor lists, opening doors for competitive quoting opportunities
  • Maintain consistent, professional outreach cadence that builds relationships without being overly persistent

 

Requirements

  • Excellent English communication skills with clear, professional phone presence suitable for executive-level conversations
  • Proven experience in B2B appointment setting or cold calling, preferably in technology or business services
  • Familiarity with IT industry terminology and understanding of business decision-maker titles and responsibilities
  • Resilient mindset with ability to handle rejection while maintaining consistent calling activity and positive attitude
  • Strong email communication skills for professional follow-up sequences
  • Self-motivated and disciplined with ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Comfortable using CRM systems, lead databases, and basic technology tools
  • Available for flexible business hours to align with prospect availability across different time zones
  • Interest in performance-based compensation with commission opportunities for successful appointment conversions
