Job Description:

The Marketing & Digital Engagement Manager is a full-time role responsible for leading digital marketing, social media strategy, lead generation, and customer engagement efforts across six distinct hospitality businesses, including restaurants, nightclubs, and a liquor inventory service. This individual will play a key role in brand building, increasing foot traffic and delivery orders, improving online presence, and driving customer loyalty and community engagement.

 

Responsibilities:

1. Social Media Management

  • Create and maintain content calendars across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Twitter).

  • Develop and schedule engaging posts, stories, and promotional materials.

  • Capture or coordinate event content (videos, photos) for ongoing marketing use.

  • Engage with audience via DMs, comments, and interactive features (polls, quizzes).

  • Coordinate influencer and partnership campaigns.

2. Digital Advertising & SEO

  • Develop and manage paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads).

  • Optimize websites and delivery profiles for SEO and visibility.

  • Track and report performance metrics for ads and search rankings.

3. Lead Generation & CRM

  • Conduct market research to identify potential leads in target zip codes.

  • Build and manage a CRM database (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho) with prospect data and communications history.

  • Launch email campaigns targeting segmented audiences.

  • Follow up on leads via email, phone, or social platforms.

4. Third-Party Delivery Optimization

  • Maintain and optimize profiles on Uber Eats, DoorDash, and Grubhub.

  • Engineer menus for delivery effectiveness.

  • Launch and manage platform-based promotions.

5. Brand and Content Development

  • Design digital assets using tools like Canva.

  • Develop blog content, email newsletters, and downloadable resources.

  • Craft brand stories and voice for each location.

  • Coordinate pre-opening and grand opening campaigns for new venues.

6. Event Promotion and Community Engagement

  • Plan and promote themed nights, live music, soft openings, and tastings.

  • Build partnerships with local businesses and artists.

  • Represent the business at local events and community functions.

7. Analytics and Reporting

  • Track and report on KPIs (engagement, traffic, leads, sales conversions).

  • Conduct A/B testing for emails, ads, and promotional strategies.

  • Gather and analyze customer feedback for improvements.

 

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, hospitality marketing, or related roles.

  • Proficient in tools like Mailchimp, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Canva, and CRM platforms.

  • Excellent written and visual communication skills.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

  • Photography, video editing, or content creation experience is a plus.

  • Familiarity with SEO and email marketing automation tools.

  • Comfortable working across diverse brands and adapting tone/style accordingly.

The employee will work remotely with flexible hours, but must be responsive to local event schedules and promotions, especially during evenings and weekends for nightlife venues.
