Spanish Bilingual Customer Support Representative

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via Phone,  email, social media platforms, and direct messages
  • Handle customer communications on Facebook, Etsy, and other social media channels
  • Manage back-and-forth client communications and provide customer support
  • Process and respond to posts and direct messages across multiple platforms
  • Maintain professional communication standards in all customer interactions
  • Work within the company’s CRM system to track and manage customer relationships
  • Coordinate with international partners and clients across different time zones

Requirements:

  • Strong written communication skills in English and Spanish
  • Experience with GoHighLevel required
  • Experience with customer service and client communications experience
  • Proficiency with email systems and social media platforms
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and customer management tools
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Strong typing skills and attention to detail
  • Experience with Facebook, Etsy, and other e-commerce platforms preferred
