Job Overview

Our client is looking for an AI Video & Content Production Specialist to turn four weekly core content packages into professional, platform-ready creative assets. In this role, you will repurpose and produce dynamic video and visual content across multiple digital channels, leveraging advanced AI video workflows, traditional video editing, and digital identity standards to ensure brand consistency and high-volume production.

Schedule

• Monday to Friday, with a flexible schedule between 9:00 AM and 12:00 PM EST (10 hours per week)

Responsibilities

• Content Production & Repurposing: Turn 4 weekly core content packages (2 Individual, 2 Corporate) into approximately 12–20 unique usable assets per week, including primary videos, short-form clips, platform-specific versions, carousels, and ad variations.
• Video Editing & Post-Production: Edit short-form and long-form video content across Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, YouTube long-form, LinkedIn video, and Facebook video; manage podcast editing, audio cleanup, pacing, hooks, captions, subtitles, b-roll, thumbnails, and branded end cards.
• AI Video Generation & Modification: Utilize approved existing footage to produce new creative variations via script replacement, voice-clone integration, lip-sync, face swaps, outfit adjustments, background replacements, new hooks, and call-to-action (CTA) slides.
• Digital Identity Compliance: Maintain strict visual and brand consistency for digital avatar and video generation, adhering to established digital identity specifications for facial likeness, hair, wardrobe, and voice modulation.
• Quality Control & Review: Conduct comprehensive quality control checks on all assets prior to review, verifying spelling, audio sync, platform aspect ratios, visual fidelity, and factual consistency.
• Asset & Workflow Management: Maintain structured file organization, version control, and multi-format resizing across all digital platforms.

Requirements

• Proven experience in short-form and long-form video editing across social platforms (TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube, LinkedIn, Facebook).
• Hands-on proficiency with video editing software such as Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, or Canva.
• Strong working knowledge of AI video generation tools and workflows (AI avatars, face-swapping, voice-cloning integration, lip-syncing, and scene modification).
• Experience with multi-format content repurposing, audio cleanup, thumbnail creation, and captioning.
• Strong organizational skills, keen attention to detail, and disciplined version control habits.

Digital Identity Guidelines

• Visual & Audio Integrity: All AI-generated or modified content must remain recognizably consistent with approved reference standards, including realistic proportions, natural voice pacing/emotion, and accurate lip-syncing.
• Styling & Presentation: Wardrobe, backgrounds, and styling must remain professional and aligned with the designated brand audience.
• Message Discipline: AI tools may not alter, exaggerate, or invent messaging outside of approved scripts.
