Salesforce Administrator (Salesforce Maps)

Job Overview
Our client is seeking an autonomous, detail-oriented Salesforce Administrator to take full ownership of their daily Salesforce operations, user support, and ongoing system enhancements.

In this role, you will manage day-to-day administration, user provisioning, data integrity, custom reporting, and complex Salesforce Flows. Your primary goal is to stabilize and optimize the Salesforce environment, offload technical user support, and streamline operations—allowing leadership to focus on broader business automation, data analytics (Power BI), and strategic company initiatives.

Schedule
To be discussed during the interview

Responsibilities

  • System Administration & Security Management: Manage user accounts, profiles, permission sets, role hierarchies, sharing rules, and overall system security configuration.
  • Flows & Process Automation: Design, maintain, troubleshoot, and optimize declarative automation including Salesforce Flows, validation rules, approval processes, and legacy workflow rules.
  • Data Quality & Governance: Execute bulk data loads, data cleaning, deduping, account updates, and routine audits to ensure strict data accuracy across the org.
  • Reporting & Dashboards: Build and maintain custom reports, dashboards, complex summary formulas, and operational KPIs to drive visibility for executive and sales teams.
  • Field Team & Salesforce Maps Support: Provide front-line technical support for field operations, managing store visit processes, user troubleshooting, and integrations with Salesforce Maps.
  • System Troubleshooting & Maintenance: Investigate system errors, resolve helpdesk tickets, test new features in sandboxes, and coordinate with external technical partners or Salesforce support when needed.
  • Documentation & Continuous Improvement: Maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations, custom fields, and business logic while identifying areas for process optimization.

Requirements

  • Experience: 2 to 4+ years of hands-on experience as a dedicated Salesforce Administrator in a commercial environment.
  • Flow Mastery: Proven track record building, debugging, and maintaining complex record-triggered, screen, and auto-launched Salesforce Flows.
  • Data Management & Reporting: Strong expertise with Data Loader/Workbench, complex reporting structures, cross-object formulas, and dashboard creation.
  • Troubleshooting Autonomy: Demonstrated ability to independently diagnose system errors, validation rule conflicts, and permission gaps with minimal oversight.
  • Core Tech Stack: Salesforce Sales/Service Cloud, Salesforce Flows, Salesforce Maps, Account Engagement (Pardot), Power BI (Interfacing)

Qualifications

  • Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM 201) preferred.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce Maps, Account Engagement (Pardot), or third-party API integrations is a strong plus.
  • Basic familiarity with Power BI data connections or data warehouse integrations is helpful.
