Job Overview

Our client is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Instagram DM Appointment Setter to handle lead engagement, manage direct message outreach, and schedule qualified sales calls. In this non-voice role, you will be responsible for converting new followers, story interactions, and poll respondents into booked calls while maintaining the brand's natural conversational voice.

Schedule

• Monday - Friday, 3 split shifts of 1 hour and 30 minutes (Morning, Afternoon, Evening) (22.5 work hours per week)

Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound Instagram story CTAs and poll responses in a timely manner to maintain lead engagement
• Execute DM sequences with every new follower initiated through ManyChat automation to guide them toward booking a sales call
• Track and follow up with warm leads who have disengaged from conversations to re-engage and move them through the funnel
• Book qualified sales calls via Calendly on behalf of the business owner
• Maintain the brand's conversational tone and voice across all DM interactions based on provided SOPs and examples
• Support general administrative tasks during periods of lower DM volume
• Handle fluctuating lead volumes ranging from 50 to several hundred new followers and poll respondents per day
• Operate within the client's existing automated systems including ManyChat and Calendly

Requirements

• Proven experience in Instagram DM outreach, appointment setting, or social media customer support
• Strong written communication skills with the ability to mirror a specific brand voice and tone
• Ability to follow detailed SOPs while keeping conversations feeling natural and human
• High level of attention to detail when tracking leads and managing conversation flows
• Self-motivated and able to work independently across flexible shift blocks throughout the day
