Overview

Our client is looking for a detail-driven Bilingual E-Commerce Operations Representative (Spanish/English) expert to manage online operations and deliver exceptional chat and email care. In this role, you will work closely with business leadership while expanding your expertise in order processing, billing, and supplier coordination. This is a high-ownership position ideal for a candidate with e-commerce experience and strong attention to detail across digital platforms.

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM US Eastern Time (Palm Beach Gardens, FL), 4 hours per day, 20 hours per week

Responsibilities

• Process and transfer incoming customer orders from the company website to supplier platforms accurately and efficiently.
• Respond to customer inquiries via chat and email, ensuring accurate and resourceful answers based on available documentation.
• Prepare and coordinate price quotes by liaising between the business owner and suppliers.
• Handle billing tasks, including invoicing and payment follow-ups.
• Escalate unresolved or unclear queries to the business owner rather than providing unverified information.
• Maintain organized records of orders, quotes, and customer communications.
• Perform non-voice tasks (order entry, billing, chat, and email) as well as voice support for price quoting and select customer calls.
• Operate within established workflows while adapting to evolving processes.
• Collaborate closely with the business owner for training and escalation.

Requirements

• Fluent in both English and Spanish
• Strong attention to detail, particularly when matching product fields across different platforms
• Excellent written communication skills with a professional and conversational tone
• Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment in ambiguous situations
• Willingness to learn a broad product catalog and apply knowledge consistently
• Prior experience in order processing, customer support, or e-commerce environments
