Job Summary: Sales / Order Taker

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM Eastern Time (ET)
Compensation: Base hourly wage + sales commissions

Position Overview

We are looking for a Sales / Order Taker to support our established dealer network by handling incoming orders, assisting dealers with product inquiries, and ensuring a smooth ordering process. The role is primarily inbound, as we already have an active network of dealers.

In addition to processing incoming orders, the candidate will have the opportunity to earn additional commissions by proactively contacting existing dealers to promote products, generate more sales, and build stronger business relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls and inquiries from existing dealers.
• Receive, process, and accurately record product orders.
• Provide product information and assist dealers with their purchasing needs.
• Follow up with dealers regarding orders, product availability, and sales opportunities.
• Proactively call the existing dealer list to promote products and generate additional sales.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with dealers.
• Identify opportunities to upsell products and increase order volume.
• Maintain accurate records of orders, customer interactions, and sales activities.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy when processing orders.
• Comfortable handling inbound calls and making outbound sales calls.
• Sales-oriented, proactive, and motivated to earn commissions.
• Ability to build rapport and maintain professional relationships with dealers.
• Previous experience in sales, order processing, customer service, or call center operations is preferred.

Compensation Structure

The position offers a base hourly wage plus sales commissions. The base wage provides consistent earnings, while commissions offer additional earning potential based on sales performance.

The role is primarily focused on taking orders from existing dealers, but candidates who actively reach out to the dealer network and generate additional sales can earn more through commissions.
