Job Overview

Our client is looking for a  Social Media Growth Specialist to develop and execute social media campaigns focused on increasing audience growth, engagement, reach, and overall brand visibility across platforms such as Facebook, TikTok, and Instagram. The specialist should have a strong understanding of influencer marketing and current industry trends, including identifying relevant influencers, conducting outreach, building relationships, and developing affiliation or partnership plans that support the organization's marketing objectives.

The role requires strong creative capabilities, including graphic creation, photo and video editing, content development, and social media production. Strong content writing and copywriting capabilities are highly desirable. Knowledge, education, or experience related to skincare or the beauty industry is considered a plus.

Schedule:

• Monday - Friday, 10:00 AM - 2:00 PM Pacific Time (20 work hours per week)

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute social media campaigns on Facebook, TikTok, and Instagram to grow audience reach and engagement.
• Manage social media content planning, scheduling, and performance monitoring through analytics.
• Identify, research, and reach out to relevant influencers for potential collaborations and partnerships.
• Build and manage influencer relationships while developing affiliation or partnership plans.
• Conceptualize and produce creative visual content, including graphic design, photo editing, and video editing.
• Write engaging copy and content tailored to brand objectives and target audiences.

Requirements:

• Demonstrated experience developing and managing digital marketing or social media campaigns.
• Experience growing social media audiences and increasing engagement across Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, and similar platforms.
• Knowledge of influencer marketing strategies, trend identification, outreach, and affiliation/partnership plan development.
• Proficiency in graphic design, photo and video editing, and creative visual content development.
• Strong content writing and copywriting capabilities.
• Familiarity with social media analytics and campaign performance monitoring.
• Knowledge, education, or professional experience related to skincare or the beauty industry is a plus.
