Job Overview

Our client is looking for a Digital Marketing & Social Media Specialist to join their team. You will own the complete social media and digital marketing function for multiple brands simultaneously — building content calendars, designing on-brand visuals, writing compelling copy, running paid campaigns, and producing AI-generated video content from day one. 

Client Overview

A multi-brand business operating across non-invasive body contouring, aesthetic device sales, and business consulting is ready to build its digital presence from the ground up. With multiple distinct brands, audiences, and revenue goals to serve, the business is making a serious investment in social media, content creation, and paid advertising to drive visibility and growth. 

Schedule Monday - Friday, Flexible Eastern time, morning preference (20 work hours per week)

Responsibilities

• Create, schedule, and manage content across multiple social media channels for several brands and initiatives
• Design visually compelling graphics and templates in Canva to maintain brand consistency across all platforms
• Write and refine marketing copy for email campaigns, social posts, and ad creatives, ensuring quality beyond AI-generated drafts
• Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns on social media platforms, including audience targeting and performance analysis
• Produce AI-generated video content using HeyGen by managing scripts, uploads, and quality assurance
• Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with each brand's ideal customer profile and revenue goals

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in digital marketing, social media management, and content creation across multiple brands
• Experience with paid social media advertising including campaign setup, optimization, and reporting
• Proficiency in Canva for graphic design and content template creation
• Strong copywriting skills with the ability to edit and elevate AI-assisted content into polished, brand-appropriate messaging

Nice-to-have Requirements:

• Experience with HeyGen or similar AI-powered video content creation platforms
• Background in wellness, beauty, or aesthetics industry marketing
• Experience setting up email marketing campaigns or automated drip sequences
