Job Overview

We are seeking a Lead Generation Specialist (HubSpot) to drive the front end of our sales pipeline in a remote capacity. In this role, you will research, build, and nurture qualified lists of contractor leads using web scraping tools and LinkedIn. You will organize prospect data in HubSpot, craft personalized email outreach campaigns, and manage engagement to deliver sales-ready leads. The ideal candidate is an independent, self-motivated researcher with strong written communication skills and CRM experience.

Schedule: Mon-Fri, flexible during client business hours, EST (40 hrs per week)

Responsibilities

• Research and build targeted lists of potential clients including contractors, electricians, and plumbers across Florida
• Scrape contact information from websites, LinkedIn, and other online sources to identify decision-makers
• Compile and organize all prospect data in HubSpot CRM
• Write and send personalized email outreach campaigns to introduce the company's services
• Manage and track all email responses and lead engagement activity
• Maintain an organized pipeline of prospects at various stages of outreach
• Continuously update and enrich the contact database with new prospects
• Monitor outreach performance and adjust strategies to improve response rates

Must-have requirements

• Proven experience in lead generation and building prospect lists from scratch
• Strong proficiency with CRM systems, particularly HubSpot
• Experience using LinkedIn and web scraping tools to source contact information
• Excellent written communication skills for crafting outreach emails
• Ability to work independently and manage your own workflow
• Comfortable working Eastern Time business hours
• Experience organizing and maintaining large databases of contact information
