We are currently recruiting for a Financial Analyst opportunity with a growing organisation looking for a highly analytical finance professional to support financial planning, modelling, forecasting, and strategic decision-making.

This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys working with financial data, building models, identifying business trends, and translating analysis into meaningful insights for leadership.

The Role

You’ll work across:

Financial Modelling & Forecasting

• Build and maintain dynamic financial models, including DCF, three-statement, and scenario/sensitivity models.
• Develop revenue, expense, cash flow, and capital allocation forecasts.
• Evaluate assumptions and identify key financial drivers and risks.

FP&A & Performance Analysis

• Support annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and monthly financial reviews.
• Analyze budget-to-actual performance and identify trends, variances, and opportunities.
• Track financial and operational KPIs and provide actionable insights.

Management Reporting

• Prepare executive-level reports, dashboards, presentations, and KPI reporting.
• Translate complex financial and operational data into clear insights for senior leadership.
• Support management and board-level decision-making through accurate financial analysis.

Strategic & Commercial Analysis

• Analyze unit economics, pricing, margins, profitability, and ROI.
• Evaluate operational performance and identify opportunities for growth and cost optimisation.
• Partner with business leaders to support commercial and strategic decisions.

Data & Process Improvement

• Improve financial reporting and data collection processes.
• Automate recurring reporting workflows and improve data integrity.
• Work across financial and business systems to improve reporting efficiency.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related quantitative discipline.
• 1–3+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, financial analysis, investment banking, financial consulting, or a related field.
• Advanced Excel modelling skills, including complex formulas, financial functions, PivotTables, Power Query, and scenario modelling.
• Demonstrated experience with financial modelling, ideally including DCF and three-statement models.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis experience.
• Working knowledge of Power BI, Tableau, or similar BI tools.
• Experience with ERP or FP&A systems such as NetSuite, Adaptive Planning, or similar platforms.
• Strong quantitative and analytical capability.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain financial concepts to non-finance stakeholders.
• CFA candidacy or progress toward a professional finance qualification is advantageous.
