Schedule
- Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST (40 work hours per week)
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for incoming calls across both medical office and med spa locations
- Efficiently schedule and reschedule patient appointments for various medical and aesthetic services
- Direct patients to appropriate healthcare providers and staff members based on their specific needs
- Coordinate communication between patients and medical staff through messaging systems
- Handle patient inquiries with professionalism and route requests to the correct departments
- Manage administrative tasks related to patient scheduling and communication workflows
- Support both traditional medical services and innovative med spa treatments through excellent customer service
Requirements
- Previous experience working with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems
- Familiarity with or eagerness to learn Tebra and Vigaro EMR platforms
- HIPAA compliance knowledge preferred (comprehensive training provided if needed)
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills
- Strong multitasking abilities and experience managing multiple phone lines
- Professional demeanor and patient-focused approach to healthcare communication
- Ability to work independently while supporting a collaborative healthcare team
- Enthusiasm for working in a growing healthcare practice with diverse service offerings
