Supply Chain Coordinator (ERP & Inventory Analytics)

Job Overview

The Supply Chain Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the successful execution of the end-to-end supply chain. Working closely with the Supply Chain Director and Australian team, this position coordinates customer order fulfilment, procurement activities, inventory, logistics, ERP transactions, and CRM data, while ensuring operational information remains accurate, timely, and reliable. This role combines hands-on supply chain coordination with a strong analytical focus.

Client Overview

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday, 35–40 hours per week, aligned with client business hours

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate customer order fulfilment, procurement activities, inventory, logistics, ERP transactions, and CRM data.
  • Ensure operational information remains accurate, timely, and reliable across systems.
  • Scrutinise operational reports and data to identify patterns, discrepancies, anomalies, and risks.
  • Reconcile information between systems, investigate differences, and drill into details to determine root causes.
  • Distinguish between genuine business trends and data-quality problems to assess broader operational and commercial impacts.
  • Proactively highlight risks and opportunities, follow investigations through to completion, and communicate findings clearly.
  • Continuously seek opportunities for workflow automation, process improvement, and faster, more accurate ways of working.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in Supply Chain, Customer Operations, Order Management, Procurement, Inventory Planning, or a related operational role.
  • Strong ERP experience (Cin7, SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Dynamics, or similar).
  • Demonstrated experience working with inventory, purchasing, and high-volume transactional supply chain data.
  • Strong analytical capability with demonstrated experience analyzing operational reports.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and strong numerical problem-solving capability.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, commitment to accuracy, and ability to identify discrepancies within data.

Qualifications:

  • Experience working with international suppliers or third-party logistics (3PL) providers (Highly Desirable).
  • Hands-on experience with Cin7, CRM platforms, or demand/inventory planning (Highly Desirable).
  • Demonstrated experience developing management reports, dashboards, and automated workflows (Highly Desirable).
