Mental Healthcare Marketing Assistant

Job Overview

Our client is a small mental health practice in the United States focused on providing quality care to patients. They are looking to expand their digital presence and generate more leads through strategic social media marketing and content creation across multiple platforms.

You will take ownership of the practice's social media presence across Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok, creating engaging content that captures the attention of young audiences while driving meaningful lead generation. You'll build landing pages, develop organic growth strategies, and transform social channels into lead-generating engines.

Schedule

Monday - Friday, flexible during client business hours EST (20 work hours per week)

Responsibilities

  • Create and post regular video and image content across Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok
  • Develop and implement lead generation strategies through social media channels
  • Build and optimize landing pages for the practice's website
  • Follow up on leads and track conversion metrics
  • Design graphics and edit videos for social media posts
  • Grow the practice's social media presence organically with focus on young adult audiences
  • Develop content strategies that convert followers into patient leads
  • Monitor engagement and adjust content based on performance

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a social media specialist or marketing assistant
  • Experience with organic social media growth strategies
  • Experience managing Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok accounts
  • Demonstrated success with lead generation through social media
  • Strong content creation skills including graphic design and video editing
  • Ability to create landing pages and optimize for conversions

Qualifications

  • Bonus if you have experience in the healthcare or mental health industry
  • It helps if you have worked with medical practices or healthcare companies
  • Bonus if you understand compliance considerations for healthcare marketing
