Bilingual Appointment Setter

Overview

Our client is looking for a bilingual Appointment Setter to serve as the primary point of contact for parents interested in youth soccer programs. In this role, you will follow up with incoming leads, answer inquiries, schedule free trial classes, and maintain accurate enrollment records across CRM systems. You will play a vital role in connecting families with program offerings and ensuring seamless administrative tracking.

Schedule

Full-Time: Monday–Sunday, 10:00 AM–7:00 PM EST

Client Timezone: Eastern Time (ET)

Location: Remote – Latin America

Responsibilities

  • Follow up with parents who inquire about youth soccer programs.
  • Make outbound calls to interested leads and handle inbound inquiries.
  • Schedule free trial classes and answer questions about program offerings.
  • Follow up with leads who request callbacks at specific times.
  • Record detailed notes and lead information in Excel and the Octosphere system.
  • Connect enrolled children to their assigned classes in the system.
  • Ensure waivers and confirmation emails are properly triggered.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records.
  • Clean and verify lead data during non-calling hours.
  • Prepare reports and organize lead information for the following day's outreach.
  • Support administrative tasks related to lead management and class enrollment.

Requirements

  • Fluent in English and Spanish, with excellent verbal communication skills.
  • Previous experience in appointment setting, customer service, sales, or a similar phone-based role.
  • Comfortable making outbound calls and handling inbound inquiries.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage follow-up schedules.
  • Experience using CRM systems and maintaining accurate records.
  • Ability to quickly learn new software platforms, including Octosphere.
  • Comfortable using Quo or similar phone systems.
  • Strong attention to detail and follow-through.
  • Reliable internet connection and a quiet, professional workspace.

  • Experience working with parents, children, or family-oriented services.
  • Experience in sports, recreation, or youth programs.
  • Experience working with franchises or multi-location businesses.
