Job Overview:

As a Marketing Assistant you’ll own the creative video editing process for medical practices, moving beyond generic templates to craft compelling storytelling content. This role offers creative freedom to develop your skills while working with meaningful healthcare content that connects patients with quality care. You’ll collaborate directly with the agency owner to match established quality standards and help grow their expanding client base.

Schedule: Remote, Part Time | Mondays to Fridays, 9:00 am to 2:00 pm (US Mountain Time, 20 hours per week)

Responsibilities:

• Edit videos and graphics for social media
• Create engaging TikTok and Instagram content focused on storytelling rather than templates
• Update and maintain website content across Webflow and WordPress platforms.
• Develop content for pediatric dentistry, showcasing positive patient experiences
• Collaborate with the client to maintain consistent editing style and quality standards

Requirements:

• Proficiency in video editing software, specially using AI
• Experience across Webflow and WordPress platforms.
• Experience creating content for TikTok and Instagram platforms
• Portfolio demonstrating storytelling approach to video editing (not template-based work)
• Bonus if you have experience or comfort working with medical/healthcare content
• Strong attention to detail and ability to match specific editing styles
• Bilingual in Spanish and English
