Digital Marketing Coordinator - Non-Profit Fundraising Campaigns

Our client is seeking an independent, results-driven Digital Marketing Coordinator to lead a high-impact, seven-month campaign for a major fundraising golf tournament. In this project-based role, you will take full ownership of content creation—leveraging graphic design proficiency in Canva, video editing from existing footage, and targeted email marketing via Constant Contact to engage an older donor demographic. Partner with experienced organizers who have clear directions, and turn existing assets into a massive fundraising success!
Client Overview:
Our client is a well-established non-profit organization dedicated to providing overnight camps and respite services for adults with special needs and their caregivers. Founded over 80 years ago, this heartfelt mission-driven organization focuses on creating meaningful experiences and expanding brand awareness through community engagement and fundraising events, including their annual golf tournament.
Schedule:
Part-Time, Monday - Wednesday, 11:00 AM - 6:00 PM US Eastern Time; Friday, 11:00 AM - 5:00 PM US Eastern Time
(Note: Schedule is flexible within US Eastern Time business hours; exact schedule and contract type to be determined based on client needs.)
Responsibilities:
- Create and schedule seven months of social media content (primarily Facebook, also Instagram, LinkedIn, and X/Twitter) with approximately two posts per week focused on the golf tournament
- Design and update all marketing graphics in Canva to reflect "Third Annual" branding across all materials
- Produce promotional videos by sourcing and editing existing content from the organization's YouTube channel and professional video library
- Schedule and manage email marketing campaigns through Constant Contact for seven months of newsletter promotions
- Organize and store all digital assets in OneDrive and Canva for team accessibility
- Update website graphics and content as needed using WordPress and the existing golf tournament website platform
- Maintain project organization and task management in ClickUp
- Work proactively with minimal supervision while collaborating with two main points of contact who provide clear frameworks and existing content resources
Requirements:
- Proven experience managing social media campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and X/Twitter
- MUST HAVE A WINDOWS OS DEVICE
- Strong graphic design skills with demonstrated proficiency in Canva
- Video creation and editing experience using existing content libraries (YouTube, professional footage)
- Email marketing experience with Constant Contact or similar platforms
- Proficiency with OneDrive, Google Suite, and cloud-based collaboration tools
- WordPress experience for basic website updates and graphic implementation
- Experience with ClickUp or similar project management tools (Asana, Monday.com)
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of deliverables with clear direction
- Digital organization skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills for virtual collaboration
Qualifications:
