Overview

Our client is looking for a Credit Repair Specialist to join their team full-time. In this role, you will analyze client credit profiles, record clear Loom video evaluations, and answer warm inbound calls to guide prospective clients through onboarding. This is an ideal opportunity for professionals with a background in credit analysis who excel at independent, client-focused communication.

Schedule:

• Remote, Full-time | Monday to Friday, 11 am to 8 pm EST, with one hour of unpaid break.

Responsibilities

• Review and evaluate client credit reports to identify disputable items, inaccuracies, and areas for improvement
• Prepare and deliver detailed credit evaluation summaries via Loom video recordings for prospective clients
• Handle warm inbound phone calls from clients who have questions following their credit evaluation
• Manage and process client documentation including identification, proof of address, and signed agreements
• Maintain organized records of evaluations completed and client progression through the sign-up funnel
• Support the overall client onboarding workflow by ensuring timely delivery of evaluations

Requirements

• Prior experience in credit repair, credit analysis, or a related financial services field
• Strong understanding of credit reports, scoring models, and common disputable items
• Clear and professional verbal communication skills suitable for video and phone interactions
• High level of attention to detail when reviewing sensitive financial documents
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision after initial onboarding
• Comfortable recording and presenting information via video
