Job Overview:

As an Appointment Setter you will be making outbound cold calls to homeowners in the Colorado area, following a straightforward script to set in-home appointments for the sales team. Your calls will average 90-120 seconds, and your sole focus is booking qualified appointments that convert into same-day or next-day installations. This is a high-volume, performance-driven role where your communication skills and ability to connect quickly will directly impact company revenue.

Schedule: Remote, Full Time | Mon-Fri 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM Mountain Standard Time.

Responsibilities:

• Make outbound cold calls to homeowners within a 30-mile radius of the client's Colorado office
• Follow a proven script to qualify prospects and set in-home appointments
• Schedule appointments for the sales team to visit and close jobs on-site
• Maintain an average call length of 90-120 seconds
• Track and report daily lead count and call activity
• Work within the vicidial dialer system to manage outbound calls
• Meet daily and weekly appointment-setting targets
• Communicate clearly and professionally with homeowners to build trust and interest

Requirements:

• Proven experience in cold calling and appointment setting
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to follow scripts while maintaining a natural, conversational tone
• Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls consistently
• Reliable internet connection and home office setup for remote work
• Availability to work Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Mountain Standard Time
