Overview
Our client is looking for a Website Mockup Specialist to support their fast-growing US-based digital marketing platform for home service businesses. In this fast-paced production role, you will create high-quality website design mockups using an AI tool to directly help the sales team close deals. Following a detailed step-by-step process, you will produce 20 to 30 professional homepages daily to show real prospects. If you thrive on clear processes, hitting daily targets, and seeing your work directly drive sales, this is a great opportunity for you.

Schedule: Full time, 40 hrs/week. Fixed shift: 4:00 AM to 12:00 PM US Mountain Time (6:00 PM to 2:00 AM Philippine Time).

Responsibilities

• Receive a prospect's existing website URL from the sales queue
• Review their current site and pull out their logo, brand colors, services, photos, phone number, and reviews
• Select high-quality stock photos where the prospect's own images are missing or low quality
• Use our AI design tool (Claude Design) with our standard prompt template to generate a modern homepage mockup of their new website
• Review the output, fix anything broken or off-brand, and make sure it looks professional
• Save the mockup link to our CRM against the prospect record and mark it ready

Requirements

• Strong written English
• Comfortable using AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, or similar). You do not need to be an expert, but you must not be afraid of them
• Experience with design software such as Canva, Figma, or Adobe tools
• Skilled at stock photo selection: you can quickly find images on Unsplash, Pexels, or similar libraries that match a trade business (plumbing, HVAC, landscaping) and look authentic, not cheesy
• Good eye for design: you can tell when a page looks broken, cluttered, or unprofessional
• Basic understanding of websites (what a hero section is, what a logo file is, how to grab images from a site)
• Fast, accurate, and consistent. You follow the SOP exactly and flag problems instead of improvising
• Reliable internet and a computer that can run browser-based tools smoothly
• Able to commit to the fixed 4:00 AM to 12:00 PM MST shift long term
