Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive GoHighLevel (GHL) Specialist to manage, optimize, and support our CRM, patient communication, marketing automation, and workflow systems. The ideal candidate will play a key role in improving patient engagement, streamlining administrative processes, and supporting the practice's marketing and operational goals while ensuring compliance with healthcare privacy and security standards.

Schedule: Remote, Part Time | Flexible during PST business hours. (20 hrs.)

Responsibilities:

• Configure, maintain, and optimize the GoHighLevel CRM for patient management.
• Manage patient records, lead pipelines, and appointment workflows.
• Ensure accurate data entry, organization, and database maintenance.
• Monitor patient communication history and engagement.
• Create and manage automated email, SMS, voicemail, and follow-up campaigns.
• Build patient nurture sequences for new patients, existing patients, recalls, and reactivation campaigns.
• Develop and optimize marketing funnels and landing pages.
• Monitor campaign performance and recommend improvements.
• Manage appointment calendars and scheduling automation.
• Integrate scheduling tools with practice management systems where applicable.
• Troubleshoot booking issues and optimize scheduling workflows.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience with GoHighLevel.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a virtual healthcare setting
• Experience building CRM workflows and marketing automations.
• Experience with email and SMS marketing campaigns.
• Strong understanding of CRM management and pipeline optimization.
• Experience with landing pages, forms, surveys, and funnel creation.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
