About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Automation Workflow Developer (GoHighLevel) to take ownership of CRM setup, workflow automation, integrations, and ongoing optimisation.

The ideal candidate is highly hands-on with GoHighLevel and can translate business requirements into reliable, scalable automations that improve lead management, client communication, and overall operational efficiency.

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday, flexible schedule during the client’s business hours (between 8:00 am and 6:00 pm, Australian Western Time, 40 hours per week)

Responsibilities:

• Build, configure, and optimise GoHighLevel CRM accounts and systems.
• Create and manage workflows, triggers, pipelines, campaigns, and automations.
• Set up lead capture, lead nurturing, follow-ups, appointment booking, and client communication workflows.
• Integrate GoHighLevel with third-party platforms using native integrations, webhooks, APIs, and tools such as Zapier or Make.
• Troubleshoot automation issues and identify opportunities for process improvement.
• Manage CRM pipelines, custom fields, tags, forms, calendars, and reporting.
• Test and QA automations to ensure workflows function accurately and reliably.
• Document automation processes and maintain clean, organised CRM systems.
• Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.

Requirements:

• Proven hands-on experience with GoHighLevel.
• Strong understanding of CRM and marketing automation.
• Demonstrated experience building and managing GHL workflows and funnels.
• Experience with third-party integrations, webhooks, APIs, Zapier, Make, or similar automation tools.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple automation projects.
• Strong attention to detail and documentation skills.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.

Nice-to-Have:

• Experience working with lead generation or digital marketing businesses.
• Knowledge of sales funnels, email/SMS marketing, and appointment-setting systems.
• Basic understanding of APIs, JSON, webhooks, and automation logic.
• Experience optimising existing GHL systems rather than only building from scratch.
