Our client is looking for a Social Media Community Engagement Specialist to drive organic audience growth and increase content visibility. This role focuses exclusively on execution of engagement strategies, audience interaction, and performance tracking within the independent artist niche, with no responsibility for content creation.

Schedule: Flexible days, flexible hours within client business hours (20 work hours per week)

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute organic engagement strategies to increase likes and reblogs on Tumblr
• Research and implement best practices for audience growth within the independent artist niche
• Monitor engagement metrics and adjust tactics to optimize performance over time
• Identify and engage with relevant communities and tags to boost content visibility
• Provide regular reporting and strategic recommendations to improve organic reach
• Track and report on vanity metrics including likes, reblogs, and follower growth
• Collaborate directly with the client to align strategy with their creative output
• Stay current with Tumblr platform updates and algorithm changes

Requirements

• Proven experience with social media engagement strategies, particularly on niche platforms
• Strong understanding of organic growth tactics and community-driven content promotion
• Familiarity with the independent artist and creative community landscape
• High level of attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Strong written communication skills and proactive problem-solving ability
