Job Overview

Our client is looking for a dedicated and high-energy  Medical Appointment Setting Specialist  to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for converting warm leads from Meta advertising campaigns into in-person clinic appointments. The ideal candidate excels in high-volume outbound calling and possesses the professional empathy required to guide prospective patients through the sales pipeline.

Schedule

• Saturday -Wednesday 10:30am - 7pm PST with a 30 minute unpaid break

Responsibilities

• Lead Conversion: Follow up on Meta ad leads (forms, quizzes, surveys) to book in-person clinic appointments.
• Call Management: Handle high-volume outbound calls and inbound callbacks while maintaining high conversation quality.
• Multichannel Outreach: Engage leads via phone, SMS, and video calls to progress them through the sales pipeline.
• CRM & Workflow: Update lead status and manage CRM automation/AI-driven nurturing workflows.
• Performance: Collaborate with the clinic team to hit conversion targets and appointment-setting goals.

Requirements

• Proven experience in appointment setting or sales, preferably in a healthcare or clinic environment
• Strong verbal communication skills with a professional and empathetic phone presence
• Experience working with CRM systems and lead management workflows
• Ability to handle objections and nurture hesitant leads toward commitment
• High level of attention to detail when managing lead data and follow-up schedules
