Heading into the time-sensitive pre-season marketing window leading up to the NFL fantasy draft, the company is launching a major user acquisition campaign. To turn complex statistical data into engaging visual content and expand their digital footprint, they are seeking a creative Digital Marketing Specialist.

Schedule

Flexible during business hours EST (20 work hours per week)

Responsibilities

• Transform raw sports analytics, statistical data, and insights into eye-catching graphics and short animations for social channels.
• Maintain all corporate social media platforms, ensuring consistent publishing schedules, community engagement, and brand voice.
• Identify, contact, and coordinate with fantasy sports influencers to drive brand awareness during the pre-season launch window.
• Plan, execute, and monitor paid social ad campaigns across platforms within allocated marketing budgets.
• Conduct audience research to identify, target, and engage sports fans and competitive players in the fantasy sports ecosystem.
• Track key engagement metrics, analyze ad performance data, and adjust content strategies to maximize conversion and organic reach.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of professional digital marketing and multi-channel social media management experience.
• Portfolio Required: A portfolio link or file showcasing graphic design and short animation work must be submitted with your application.
• Demonstrated ability to create engaging branded graphics and basic motion graphics/animations using standard design software.
•  Strong desire to learn niche domain concepts, specifically American football (NFL) and fantasy sports mechanics. 
• Solid understanding of paid ad campaign setups (Meta, X, TikTok, etc.) and social media platform algorithms.

Qualifications

• Direct familiarity with American football, NFL player stats, or fantasy draft mechanics.
• Background supporting sports media, fantasy gaming, gaming apps, or tech startups.
