Our client is looking for a multi-skilled Full Stack Developer who can handle everything from WordPress migrations to Go application builds, speed optimizations, and automation implementations. This is a hands-on role where you'll maintain existing web properties, conduct performance audits, execute full site conversions, and set up AI-driven email automations. You'll be the go-to technical resource who can jump between projects and solve problems across the stack, making a direct impact on site performance and feature delivery.

Client Overview

Our client is a growing digital services company specializing in web application development and optimization. They work on a variety of projects ranging from web maintenance and performance optimization to full application builds and AI-powered automations. The team values versatility and technical excellence.

Schedule: Monday to Friday, flexible between CST hours (20 work hours per week)

Responsibilities

• Perform ongoing web maintenance and keep all versions updated across multiple properties
• Conduct page speed audits and implement performance optimizations
• Convert WordPress sites into Go applications from scratch
• Build new features and execute feature updates on existing applications
• Set up AI-powered email automations using Brevo
• Monitor and maintain performance benchmarks across all web properties
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues as they arise
• Collaborate directly with the client on project priorities and technical decisions

Requirements

• Strong proficiency in Golang for web application development
• Proven experience with full stack web development
• Demonstrated ability to perform website speed optimizations and performance tuning
• Experience with WordPress development and site migrations
• Ability to conduct technical audits and implement improvements
• Comfortable working independently across multiple ongoing projects
• Excellent communication skills for direct client collaboration

Preferred Qualifications

• Bonus if you have experience with Brevo for email automation setups
• It helps if you're familiar with GoHighLevel platform
• Experience setting up AI-powered automations is a plus
