Job Description:

We are seeking a creative and self-motivated Social Media & Marketing Assistant to manage our online brand. You will work closely with the founders to create engaging content, manage social channels, and maintain our website, helping convert traction into inbound leads.

Schedule:

10:00 AM – 2:00 PM EST, Monday through Friday

Responsibilities:

- Create and publish engaging content across Instagram and Facebook to build brand awareness

- Develop and execute a consistent social media posting schedule to drive engagement

- Monitor social media channels and respond to inquiries or comments to support conversion

- Maintain and update the company website with current information, imagery, and promotional content

- Support general marketing and administrative tasks to streamline day-to-day operations

- Track and report on social media performance metrics to inform content strategy

- Collaborate with founders to align digital content with core business goals

- Ensure brand consistency and high attention to detail across all online platforms

Requirements:

- Proven experience managing social media accounts for a business or brand (APPLICATIONS WITH PORTFOLIOS WILL BE PRIORITIZED)

- Strong written communication skills with the ability to create compelling copy

- High level of attention to detail and ability to maintain brand consistency

- Familiarity with website content management and making basic updates

- Creative mindset with a strong eye for visual content and design

- Self-starter with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision

- Bonus if you have experience in home improvement or landscaping industries

- It helps if you have experience growing a brand's online presence through organic engagement
