Job Overview

Our client is seeking a highly creative and versatile Production Graphic Designer to provide overflow and production support alongside an existing design team. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working across a wide range of visual styles and creating high-quality designs for corporate materials, property marketing, entertainment campaigns, events, social media advertising, presentations, sales collateral, and print. A strong portfolio demonstrating original design work, excellent typography, and strong layout skills will be essential.

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 4 hours per day flexible within client business hours UTC-5 Cayman Islands timezone (20 work hours per week)

Responsibilities

• Create high-quality graphics across digital, social media, print, and marketing materials.
• Design corporate materials, property marketing assets, presentations, sales collateral, and event artwork.
• Develop creative assets for entertainment campaigns and social media advertising.
• Adapt designs across different brands, audiences, and visual styles.
• Collaborate with the existing designer to support overflow and production requirements.
• Develop original layouts, typography, graphics, and visual concepts rather than relying primarily on templates.
• Prepare designs for both digital and print production.
• Manage multiple design projects while meeting deadlines.
• Maintain consistency with brand guidelines while bringing fresh creative ideas to projects.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong creative portfolio.
• Strong typography, layout, composition, and visual storytelling skills.
• Experience designing for both digital and print formats.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar design tools.
• Ability to work across different visual styles and industries.
• Strong attention to detail and creative problem-solving skills.
• Ability to develop original designs rather than relying heavily on templates.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with an existing design team.
