Job Overview

Our client is seeking a skilled Front-End Web Developer (Lovable AI & UI/UX) to manage and improve a growing portfolio of approximately 12 websites. The ideal candidate will focus on front-end development, website updates, landing page creation, UI/UX improvements, and ongoing maintenance. Strong hands-on experience with Lovable is particularly important, as the role will involve using AI-assisted development tools to efficiently build and enhance websites. The ideal candidate should also understand responsive design, conversion-focused layouts, integrations, and basic troubleshooting.

Schedule: Monday - Friday, flexible timing within client business hours UTC-5 (Cayman Islands Timezone) (20 work hours per week)

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain front-end elements across multiple websites.
• Build and update landing pages focused on user experience and conversions.
• Implement UI/UX improvements to enhance website usability and performance.
• Use Lovable and other AI-assisted development tools to build and modify web pages.
• Ensure websites are responsive and optimized across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.
• Implement and maintain website integrations with relevant platforms and tools.
• Troubleshoot basic front-end issues and resolve website errors.
• Update website content, layouts, forms, and other front-end components as needed.
• Collaborate with the technical development team when more complex development support is required.
• Maintain consistency in design, functionality, and user experience across multiple websites.
• Manage multiple website projects and prioritize updates based on business needs.

Requirements

• Proven experience in front-end web development and UI/UX design.
• Hands-on experience with Lovable is strongly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and responsive web design.
• Experience building conversion-focused landing pages.
• Understanding of UI/UX principles and website optimization.
• Experience working with website integrations and basic troubleshooting.
• Strong attention to detail and visual design skills.
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple websites and projects.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
• Professional communication and organizational skills.
