HubSpot Automation Specialist

  • Schedule: Part-time, Monday – Friday, 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM Central Time (Groves, TX) — 4 hours/day, 20 hours/week
  • Time zone: Flexible, provided there is reliable overlap with business hours above

Key Responsibilities

  • Build, update, and maintain HubSpot workflows to support lead nurturing, follow-up, segmentation, and internal processes
  • Manage and optimize HubSpot sequences where applicable
  • Create and maintain HubSpot forms and connected automation paths
  • Support and refine lead scoring logic based on business needs and campaign goals
  • Execute email automation initiatives in HubSpot from setup through testing and launch
  • Monitor automation performance and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Maintain accurate documentation of automation logic, processes, and updates
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand campaign goals, business requirements, and operational priorities
  • Troubleshoot issues related to automation behavior, data flow, and campaign execution
  • Use spreadsheets to organize campaign data, track performance inputs, and support reporting or process management

Required Qualifications

  • Intermediate to advanced experience using HubSpot
  • Strong working knowledge of:
    • HubSpot workflows
    • Sequences
    • Forms
    • Lead scoring
    • Email automation
  • Strong spreadsheet skills, including Excel and Google Sheets
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities with minimal supervision
  • Strong written communication and process documentation skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting marketing or business development teams
  • Ability to recommend process improvements and automation best practices
  • Experience reviewing campaign performance and suggesting optimization opportunities
  • Familiarity with lifecycle management, segmentation, and lead handoff processes
